Hi, I’m Joy.

I've spent over 20 years working across TV, film and digital, largely in production management.
I've also seen first-hand how quickly growth can create pressure and burnout when everything sits with one person.
I'm a big-picture thinker and a practical doer. I love getting under the skin of a business, spotting opportunities and working out what happens next.
